At Grays Custom Guitar Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument; if you are not thrilled with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-built guitars and modified hardware are subject to specific return conditions to maintain our high standards of craftsmanship.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place the instrument in its original hardshell case and shipping carton, ensuring all original accessories and documentation are included.

• 3.
  Ship to the Shop

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for insured transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our luthiers verify the guitar's condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
